Fiona Torrent:
Fiona
was abandoned by her parents and given to the Font
Foundling Home where she has been raised to be an actor for the
Font. She is a strong, direct, humane woman who thinks for
herself, and is not easily influenced by others. She is
skeptical
about the all- powerful institution she attends, actively seeking the
truth about the sinister forces under girding the Font. Fiona always
loyally protects her friend Rich, who she calls her family.
|
|
Tom Simian:
“Teen Idol Tom” is the vapid, arrogant,
competitive by-product of Font upbringing and training, but not yet
entirely corrupted by the institution. Tom has a heart despite
his
cocky attitude. He is being groomed to be a
“star”
painter, controlled and marketed, the envy of the student
body. He
meets his match in Fiona, who sees through his façade, and
challenges him.

|
|
Rich Magro:

Rich is
Fiona’s “brother” at the Font
Foundling Home, an unstable, shallow, and fearful boy. He is dependent
on Fiona for her love and protection, but capable of self-deception and
treachery. |
|
Nick
Coldchar:

Fiona’s runaway father, a former painter. Nick
has joined the Font so he will not be destroyed by its monopoly of the
arts. He feigns warmth and friendliness, but is bitter, cold,
and
manipulative on the inside, desiring only fame and
fortune. Nick
will stop at nothing to get what he wants.

Ariana
Ray:

Ariana is a beautiful, vain and self-absorbed senior
acting major at the Font. She cares only for herself, and
humiliates Fiona on her arrival to the Font. In the darkness,
Ariana will discover what the Font has in store for her. |
|
Rob Wolfe:
The tyrannical, powerful studio executive, who maintains the status quo
at the Font with ruthless intensity.
|
|
|
|
Brad Seed:

Brad is Ariana’s male counterpart, whining and
spoiled,
hopelessly vapid and egotistical, the typical Font acting student.
|
|
Missing Boy:

The secret lies within his eyes. |
